We built a prototype compression mold for the hip pads on the ISS’s COLBERT treadmill. It was just two days of CAD and a couple of hogged-out blocks of renshape--for soft-goods all-star Bill Dieter. It wasn't a lot of work, but now it's in orbit! Pretty cool? Affirmative. Over.
